Where is my order made?
Depending on your location, your order may be fulfilled from Latvia (Riga), Charlotte (NC), Los Angeles (LA) or Tijuana (Mexico). Soon, our orders will also be fulfilled in Spain (Barcelona).
How can I pay for my order?
We offer payments using Credit Card, PayPal, SOFORT by Klarna (Benelux, Germany and Austria), Bancontact (Belgium), Giropay (Germany), Alipay (China), Przelewy24 (Poland) and EPS (Austria).
Who is going to ship my order?
Depending on your order size and location, your items will be shipped by USPS, FedEx, DHL or APC. To check your shipping costs, go to your cart and click ‘Calculate Shipping’.
When will my order arrive?
After your payment has been processed, which can take up to 2 days (depending on your payment method), your order will arrive in about 1~2 weeks. If your package does not arrive within 2 weeks after the delivery date, please contact us.
I would like a refund
If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us using the button below. Otherwise, use the return address on the packaging. After we’ve recieved your items, well refund your returned items.
